Mengarah.com, Jakarta – Hadirnya Honda CB150X di Indonesia banyak menarik perhatian para pecinta adventure bike. Motor ini menargetkan pasar Sport Adventure Touring di kelas 150 cc. Namun sebelumnya di kelas CB150r terkenal dengan rangka nya yang rawan retak atau patah. Disini saya akan sedikit membedah apakah rangka CB150X lebih kuat dari pada saudara sebelumnya yaitu CB150R .
Kemampuan rangka CB150X seharusnya tidak diragukan lagi kemampuannya, karena motor tersebut mengusung type Sport Adventure Touring. Yang mana para motor pe-touring identik dengan triple box nya, sehingga beban yang dibawa nantinya akan memakan beban yang harus di pikul oleh si CB150X.
- Adakah Perbedaan antara CB150X dan CB150R ?
Namun ternyata CB150X ini masih serupa dengan rangka HONDA sebelumnya yaitu CB150R. Banyak kasus memang sering di jumpai mengenai rangka CB150R yang retak atau bahkan patah. Biasanya bagian yang mengalami permasalahan berada di rangka utama di bagian tengah bawah ke depan atas.
Pada rangka CB150X sendiri sudah ditambahkan besi (plat) tambahan, yang mana hal tersebut terlihat pada bagian rangka utama yang sering mengalami keretakan bahkan patah. Besi (plat) tersebut memungkinkan untuk memperkuat bagian tersebut. Penguat yang ada pada CB150X ternyata tidak jauh beda dengan penguat pada rangka CB150R sebelumnya, yang mana pada bagian tersebut sama sama diberi plat.
Mengenai rangka ternyata CB150X dan CB150R memiliki basis yang sama yaitu Trellis Frame. Yang membedakan dari motor ini berada pada bagian suspensi bagian depan, perbedaan tersebut terlihat travel CB150X memiliki panjang mencapai 150 mm. Suspensi Adventure Touring tersebut memang memiliki karakter yang lebih keras di banding dengan HONDA CB150R.
- Kesimpulan
Secara kesimpulan bahwa rangka CB150X sendiri memang masih sama seperti pendahulunya yaitu CB150R yang mana penambahan besi (plat) pada bagian tersebut masih sama. Besi (plat) tersebut dapat memungkinkan untuk dapat memperkuat rangka CB150X yang mengusung type Sport Adventure Touring. Mengenai mana yang lebih kuat maka kedua nya sama saja, akan tetapi mungkin saja CB150X yang mengusung type Sport Adventure Touring pasti di desain lebih kuat lagi untuk menanggung beban yang diberikan pada motor tersebut.
Namun perlu di ingat bagi para pengguna CB150X harus tetap berhati-hati saat melakukan modifikasi. Terutama memodifikasi motor tersebut yang berdampak pada menambahnya beban sang motor. Jika ingin memodifikasi motor tersebut jika tidak ingin mengalami seperti pendahulunya baiknya konsultasi kepada AHM agar lebih aman dan nyaman.
